Freshford Cottage Nursing Home

Freshford Cottage Nursing Home is situated in the quiet part of the seaside town of Seaford, East Sussex. Local shops and restaurants are within walking distance, close to the seafront. We offer 24 hour care for all residents. All staff have regular in-house training, NVQ training and attend courses relevant to care of the elderly.

Freshford Cottage has 12 single bedrooms and 1 shared room. 15 rooms have ensuite facilities and some rooms have spectacular sea views. All of our residents have their own bedroom which they are encouraged to make their own. All rooms come equipped with electric profiling beds and furnishings. Should a new resident wish to bring their own items of furniture then providing they pass health and safety regulations we will do our best to accommodate this.

Good nutrition and hydration are an important part of staying well as we age. Freshford Cottage is able to support people with a range of dietary requirements, including specialist diets. Our Home Chefs do their best to tempt even the smallest of appetites and sweet treats are always provided to celebrate special occasions!
