Hill House Care Home

Originally a large family home, Hill House was founded in 1954 and has been enhanced through a purpose-built extension in 1990, as well as an extensive refurbishment in 2014, to ensure that we continue to meet the highest possible standards. With contemporary décor and plenty of natural light and space, Hill House has a hotel feel and tends to be the more active of our two homes.

Our CQC registered manager, Grace and clinical lead Sakina manage Hill House with the oversight of the owners. We have a full catering team preparing delicious meals for our residents, led by our head chef Rodney, as well as in house activities and entertainment coordinators who plan regular events.

We cater for all special dietary requirements and are happy for residents to invite guests to join them for a meal. We also run an annual summer BBQ and Christmas party with delicious food on offer, which residents are always welcome to invite their friends and family along to.

Our entertainment coordinator tailors activities to the abilities and preferences of those participating. Some of our residents’ favourites include: chatting with staff; group discussions about current affairs; crosswords & jigsaw puzzles; board games, such as Scrabble and Chess; gentle exercise classes to music; stimulating Arts & Craft therapy sessions'; cookery; flower arranging and gardening demonstrations.

Hill House in Kenley bases their weekly fees on the unique care needs of the person requiring care but start from £1,450 per week. We recommend that you contact us to arrange a Care Assessment with our Manager which will enable us to provide a weekly cost indication.
