Located in Southport, Manchester House is a picturesque Victorian manor house with a purpose-built extension to the side and rear of the building. We are situated on a large corner plot opposite Hesketh Park and near to Southport town centre.
At Manchester House, we provide nursing care to a maximum of 67 residents, both over and under 65 years, in a warm and caring atmosphere. Care is provided 24/7 by our team of exceptional Care Assistants and Nurses. We can provide care for those living with dementia, but only when their physical nursing needs are greater than their dementia care needs.
Some of the bedrooms at Manchester House have en-suite facilities and we also have two bedrooms which are specially designed for couples. Throughout, Manchester House has been decorated to a high standard by our interior designer. We have several bathrooms/shower rooms for communal use.
We have state-of-the-art facilities at Manchester House including two large dining rooms, one large lounge/dining room, two further lounges, a smoking lounge and a hairdressing salon for residents who like a pamper!
Our talented chefs produce fresh home-cooked, varied menus and always ensure that they meet with each resident on a regular basis to find out about their likes, dislikes, and any special requests.
At Manchester House, the cost per week will depend upon a Care Needs Assessment carried out by our Home Manager. We are also are able to accept residents who are receiving Continuing Healthcare funding. To find out our current availability, please give us a call to speak with our team.
