A warm welcome to Windsor House Care Home, Hednesford. Round the clock care is provided by our team of dedicated Care Assistants, overseen by our experienced Management Team.

Windsor House is conveniently situated with easy access to the M6 and public transport and the local shops nearby.

Our team provides general nursing care for those with complex medical needs, or residential care for people who simply need a little help with daily tasks like washing, dressing or eating. We also offer both nursing and residential care for those living with dementia, plus respite care to give family or friends a well-earned break. Windsor House is a very warm and caring home, something everyone here is very proud of.

Getting to know our residents well is at the heart of everything we do and we listen carefully to make sure they get the most out of every day. Our busy activities programme is planned around their needs and includes outings, pet therapy, visiting entertainers and shared activities with the local church group including a lunch club.

Many of our residents with dementia particularly enjoy our reminisce sessions and our staff love getting to hear about the varied lives of each of our residents. Family members are also very much encouraged to come and join in with our dementia-friendly activities.
