Cranbrook House supports up to 5 people with mental health needs. The house is spacious allowing each resident their own mental and physical space. Residents are also encouraged to personalise their bedrooms to their heart's content. It is important that their bedrooms are a space that they feel fully settled and comfortable in.

The home has 6 bedrooms, bathrooms on all floors, a smoking room and communal gardens to the front and rear.

Before becoming a resident at 35 Cranbrook Road our Management Team will have met the prospective resident and conducted a Care Needs Assessment. This initial assessment allows the Care Home Manager to put a full Care Plan in place and order any special equipment ahead of the resident moving into the home.

We provide a safe living environment for younger adults from the age of 18-65. We encourage our residents to gain and maintain as much independence as possible in a safe and supportive environment. Our dedicated care professionals receive specialist training in caring for younger adults - it is definitely not a ‘one-size’ fits all approach.

35 Cranbrook Road is a residential care home with carers on hand to support residents 24/7 with their care needs. The weekly cost of care at 35 Cranbrook Road is dependant on the individual care requirements of an individual. We may be able to accept residents who receive funding support from their local council but this will be under the Home Managers discretion. We are able to support a wide range of care needs & types including short-term respite care and learning disabilities. To enquire about our up to date availability, please give us a call.
