Burnham House

Burnham House is a large Victorian-style house situated in a delightful residential setting of central Folkestone. This detached property is currently home for five residents who all enjoy the homely and relaxing environment surrounding Burnham. As a small home we recognise the importance of sharing and living in harmony which Burnham provides.

Our own maintenance team ensures that Burnham avoids any major emergency or breakdown inconvenience. We undergo regular checks and carry out routine maintenance to all equipment and materials in accordance with the Health and Safety Executive.

Radnor Park is nearby and offers Burnham residents easy access to the large open green area, with pleasant wheelchair-accessible footpaths as well as duck ponds and also a fresh-water fishing lake and a bowls club. Folkestone's Sports Centre, with its own swimming pool, gym and ski slope, is also close by. Radnor Park also provides regular entertainment with its boot-fairs, donkey derby, circus and funfairs.

Burnham is situated approximately one mile from junction 13 of the M20 motorway and within easy walking distance of the re-designed town shopping centre. Both Folkestone's mainline Central and West railway stations are about a five minute walk away situated at either end of the nearby Shorncliffe Road. Bus services are also close by.
