Buxton Lodge

Buxton Lodge care home, situated in a prominent location, on Buxton Lane, Caterham-on-the-hill, is highly regarded in the local area. Our fully trained, dedicated team are committed to providing first rate care for up to 44 older people who require residential or nursing care, or who are living with dementia.

The bright and welcoming atmosphere is complimented by comfortable living accommodation, spacious bedrooms and a friendly team of carers and nurses. All of our residents have their own bedroom which they are encouraged to make their own. All rooms come equipped with electric profiling beds and furnishings. Should a new resident wish to bring their own items of furniture then providing they pass health and safety regulations we will do our best to accommodate this.

There is always a full calendar of fun and interesting events and social activities, and we provide a wide range of delicious meals, ensuring that you really feel home from home at Buxton Lodge.

For our residents with dementia it is really helpful if family members are able to support care-staff in putting together a Memory Book. Memory Books are a brilliant aide-memoire for residents and helps them to share their life-stories with staff and fellow residents.
