Chasefield House

Chasefield house is set in large gardens and has room for up to 11 residents. The staff here specialise in people with learning difficulties as well as conditions including autism and dementia.

Current residents range from 40-80 years old and enjoy a range of activities on offer at the house: reflexology, wii games console, regular visits from Bristol Zoo with animals and artwork and creative activities. Further to this we organise numerous trips out to activities of interest e.g. football matches, discos and coach trip holidays.

All the residents at Chasefield House have their own unique, personalised care plan. A care plan takes into account not only care needs but the resident’s wishes. The care plan is continually monitored and updated to account for any changes to care needs or personal wishes.

We provide a safe living environment for younger adults from the age of 18-65. We encourage our residents to gain and maintain as much independence as possible in a safe and supportive environment. Our dedicated care professionals receive specialist training in caring for younger adults - it is definitely not a ‘one-size’ fits all approach.
