Holcroft Grange Care Home

Holcroft Grange is a lovely, single-storey care home located in the centre of Culcheth village. We have wonderful links with the local community and we're just a short walk away from the Community Centre, medical surgeries and shopping facilities.

At Holcroft Grange, we have 2 spacious lounges with tea-making facilities, a conservatory, 2 dining rooms and a cosy corner where residents can have some quiet time. One of the lounges is fitted with a hearing loop to help aid our residents with hearing difficulties.

All of the bedrooms at Holcroft Grange are single and have a range of views - some even have en-suite facilities! Communal bathrooms with assisted baths and showers can be found close to each bedroom. The bedrooms are wheelchair accessible and have power points as well as TV aerial sockets.

Our dedicated Activities Coordinator arranges regular meetings with our residents to find out what their interests are and whether they have any special activity requests. We often enjoy baking, bingo, chair exercises and craftwork. Holcroft Grange is supported by a group of volunteers who help with activities. We also organise outings such as trips on canal boats, to shows and picnics. School children often visit and sing for our residents.
