Golborne House Care Home

Golborne House provides residential and respite care and has all the facilities and expertise required to meet the needs of residents. Person-centred care is delivered by our team of fully-trained care staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We pride ourselves on having a homely, family-like feel at Golborne House. Our home is furnished to a high standard with large, comfortable seating throughout. Shared areas of the home include a selection of lounges, dining rooms and day rooms. One of our lounges is especially for friends & family visits. Outdoors, we have picturesque gardens with an extensive lawn surrounded by trees. The small garden at the rear of the home has a patio area with seating and is a great spot to observe wildlife.

At Golborne House, each of our residents has their own bedroom that they are encouraged to make their own. Residents may wish to bring their own pieces of furniture, photos or small keepsakes. Most of the bedrooms are single but we do have several double rooms which are suitable for couples, subject to availability.

There is never a dull moment at Golborne House, which is made sure of by our Activities Coordinator who never fails to produce an action-packed activities calendar. Residents are prompted to take part in activities but we always respect their wishes if they would prefer to sit out and have some quiet time to themselves instead.
