Marple Dale Care Centre

Mark Shockledge and his team welcome you to the historic site of Marple Dale Care Centre, where you can always be assured of a warm welcome.

All of our residents have their own bedroom which they are encouraged to make their own. All rooms come equipped with electric profiling beds and furnishings. Should a new resident wish to bring their own items of furniture then providing they pass health and safety regulations we will do our best to accommodate this.

Across the Marple Dale site, we provide first-class nursing care for people who require general nursing; we also provide specialist care for younger people with a physical disability and those with acquired brain injury and learning disability.

Our team of highly qualified and attentive staff really focus on the individual needs of our residents, ensuring the delivery of person-centred care; and the dedication can be seen across the board in all departments on the Marple Dale site.

We encourage our residents to partake in the daily activities programme at Marple Dale Hall. Activities are tailored to the interests of our residents as well as trying to offer them something new. If you’ve been a keen cook or gardener all your life we see no reason for this to change and our care staff will be on hand to support you.
