Sandgate Manor

Sandgate Manor is a beautiful detached 19 bedroomed former Manor House set in its own undulating woodland grounds. It provides a tranquil and enchanting setting for our physically disabled residents who are in the younger adult age range. Sandgate Manor has been tastefully transformed into a well-equipped residential care home whilst maintaining the period features of an early 20th century private home. The residents and staff enjoy living and working in this comfortable and relaxed environment.

Sandgate Manor has a team of approximately 60 staff, all trained to the highest standard. Our own maintenance and gardening team ensures that Sandgate Manor is kept in a good state of repair, tastefully decorated, with well-maintained grounds.

We have a modern spacious kitchen where our cooks prepare a wonderful choice of wholesome daily meals. All meals are freshly prepared, to a high nutritional standard and menus vary from day to day so our residents can enjoy a well balanced mix of flavours and tastes. We also cater for special dietary needs.

Whilst we use the services of a commercial laundry unit, Sandgate Manor also has its own on-site laundry facilities staffed by a member of our housekeeping team who undertakes the washing, drying and ironing of residents personal items.
