We are a first-class provider of residential and dementia care for those from all over the wider Dorset area, as well as Bournemouth including Christchurch, Ringwood and the New Forest.

We have a Reminiscence neighbourhood that offers the greatest, professional approaches to dementia care. Residents with memory impairments are invited to take part in an activity programme specifically designed to stimulate and reassure them. Family members are also very much encouraged to come and join in with our dementia-friendly activities.

Good nutrition and hydration are important parts of staying well as we age. Southbourne Beach Care Home is able to support people with a range of dietary requirements, including specialist diets. Our Home Chefs do their best to tempt even the smallest of appetites and sweet treats are always provided to celebrate special occasions!

Before becoming a resident at Southbourne Beach Care Home our Management Team will have met the prospective resident and conducted a Care Needs Assessment. This initial assessment allows the Care Home Manager to put a full Care Plan in place and order any special equipment ahead of the resident moving into the home.
