St Audrey's

St Audrey’s is an intimate residential care home for 38 people in Old Hatfield, Hertfordshire. The building itself is a beautiful 19th-century manor house with rooms that are as individual as their residents.

The home provides personalised care and supports people to live as independently as any health conditions will allow. It can provide care and support for people living with dementia and Alzheimer’s. The home enjoys a warm and welcoming atmosphere and residents can use the bright and airy communal areas and lounges. In addition, the home provides daily stimulating and enjoyable activities for residents.

Families and friends visiting can enjoy accessible grounds and gardens with their loved ones.

For our residents with dementia, it is really helpful if family members are able to support care-staff in putting together a Memory Book. Memory Books are a brilliant aide-memoire for residents and helps them to share their life-stories with staff and fellow residents.

All the residents at St Audrey's have their own unique, personalised care plan. A care plan takes into account not only care needs but the resident’s wishes. The care plan is continually monitored and updated to account for any changes to care needs or personal wishes.
