Understanding what our clients need is a skill which we continually work on developing at The Chiswick Nursing Centre, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. The balance of a caring environment together with a stimulating social life can help revive both physical and emotional health. The care home has the latest equipment, including a physiotherapy suite, Snoozelum/Sensory therapy room and an occupational therapy kitchen. All floors of our building are serviced by comfortable and efficient patient lifts and assisted bathing facilities, all designed to make life comfortable and easier for those who live here.
The Chiswick Nursing centre operates across three floors - the ground floor is for individuals living with dementia, the first floor is for elderly frail care, the second floor for younger adults living with acquired brain injuries and the third floor for respite, convalescent and post-operative care.
The rooms can accommodate favourite items of furniture and personal possessions to ensure that our clients are comfortable and feel as if they are at home. All bedrooms have en-suite facilities and we ensure that our clients are cared for in a safe and friendly environment. All of our rooms are single occupancy and not shared with other residents.
At The Chiswick Nursing Centre we not only look after your health, we also want your stay with us to be as enjoyable as possible. We therefore offer a wide range of both internal and external activities. Our activity team helps clients to maximise their potential and, if they desire, to build relationships with friends both old and new. Each floor has its own lounge decorated in a comfortable and restful manner. Alternatively, there are sitting rooms and quiet areas for those wishing to relax and our garden is very popular in the summertime.
We offer a wide range of culinary choices and clients can either dine in any of our five dining rooms or take meals in the privacy of their own rooms. Our meals are nutritious and freshly prepared on site. Our catering manager is available to meet with you at any time to agree what menu choices you would like to have. Most dietary preferences are catered for– and our chef-led restaurant meals will support you with a nutritional, well-balanced diet.
If you would like to find out more about Chiswick Nursing Centre or arrange a guided tour, do get in touch and we’d be pleased to help.
