Welcome to the warm and friendly lifestyle of Vecta House. We provide first-class 24-hour nursing care for people with dementia. At Vecta House we appreciate that the challenges of living with dementia are formidable, and manifest themselves uniquely on each individuals personality.

Our mission is to provide an environment where those who have chosen to live here are able to be themselves, without judgement or constraint and with support where support is needed. On arrival at Vecta House you can expect a prompt and warm greeting. Your opportunities will include an invitation to tour the available facilities; meeting lots of others who live and work here, and a delightful array of vistas from our six lounges and seven gardens.

Vecta House is situated on the eastern edge of Newport. The home can be found at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential area. Our enclosed gardens provide a peaceful landscaped environment to explore safely. We are proud of our peaceful environment which has provides stimulation and relaxation for those who have chosen to live here.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are the cornerstone of daily life at Vecta House Care Home. We place importance on protecting residents meal-times as good nutrition and hydration are key to staying well. Our daily menu always offers a choice of at least 2 dishes for each meal time and individual dietary requirements are always catered for. Family members of residents are very welcome to ‘book-in’ and join us for a meal.
