Ambrose Adrian Healthcare in Slough offers respite, nursing, companionship, dementia and palliative care to support clients with a range of healthcare needs. Hourly, overnight or live-in care is provided by our team of dedicated Care Assistants, overseen by our experienced Management Team.

All members of Ambrose Adrian Healthcare are trained to be able to support with a huge range of personal care services such as: dressing & undressing; washing & bathing; shaving & grooming; incontinence care; eating & drinking; monitoring of nutrition & weight; support with prescribed medications; security & safety at home & hair & make-up.

Our experienced carers work individually with each client to develop a unique, personalised care plan that is continually monitored and updated to account for any changes to care needs or personal wishes. Our staff liaise closely with healthcare professionals and cover all aspects of residential, nursing and respite care as required.

Our clients are at the heart of our service and are supported by trained care professionals to maintain their independence and lifestyle with activities inside the home or out in the community. We provide a service that encourages our clients to gain and maintain as much independence as possible in a safe and supportive environment. The highest level of care embracing independence, choice, privacy, dignity & respect is the whole team’s absolute goal.

Our hourly fees depend upon the individual care requirements of a prospective client at Ambrose Adrian Healthcare. We may be able to accept local authority funded clients and would be open to a conversation to discuss this further. We can support a broad selection of care requirements including dementia care and end of life care.
