At Lifted, we understand how individual you and your family are, which is why our staff are trained to meet a range of needs from the comfort of your own home.

A great alternative to a care home, our Live-in Carers stay seven days a week to provide reassurance and hands-on practical support. Whether it be a helping hand with the morning routine or intensive support for clients with complex needs, our Carers are trained to think of everything.

We're here to help with the daily tasks that make life a little easier. Our carers can help with getting up and going to bed, taking medications, staying active, washing and dressing, meal preparation, shopping, cleaning, and much more.

When a loved one is living with dementia it can be hard for everyone. Our specially trained Carers are here to help. Whether it be encouraging physical activities, creating a daily routine, or identifying and calming stressful situations, their gentle support can make life better for everyone.

No one should be lonely at home. Our kind carers bring a friendly face and great conversation to brighten you and your loved one’s day. They can also accompany you or your loved ones to go out and about. This makes it easier to keep doing the things you’ve always loved to do.

We understand that cost plays a big part in selecting a live-in care provider and encourage you to give Lifted a call to discuss weekly fees in more detail and if applicable, enquire about our capacity to take on clients who are funded by their Local Authority. Our weekly cost will be calculated upon completion of a care assessment carried out by a member of our team. We are able to support a wide range of care requirements including respite and dementia care.
