Addison Park

Addison Park is an EMI residential home. It is a unique building as it is all on a ground floor level which makes it a very easily accessible home for all to use. It has a big open plan feel with different sections for service users to occupy. The spacious dining room offers residents a pleasant place to sit and converse whilst eating.

For our residents with dementia, it is really helpful if family members are able to support care-staff in putting together a Memory Book. Memory Books are a brilliant aide-memoire for residents and help them to share their life stories with staff and fellow residents.

We encourage our residents to partake in the daily activities programme at Addison Park. Activities are tailored to the interests of our residents as well as trying to offer them something new. If you’ve been a keen cook or gardener all your life we see no reason for this to change and our care staff will be on hand to support you.

Before becoming a resident at Addison Park our Management Team will have met the prospective resident and conducted a Care Needs Assessment. This initial assessment allows the Care Home Manager to put a full Care Plan in place and order any special equipment ahead of the resident moving into the home.

Addison Park is a care home providing residential, respite, end-of-life, and specialist dementia care. Weekly fees at Addison Park can vary depending on the type of room and the level of care required. We will work with clients who are eligible for local authority funding.
