Here at Kernow House Care Centre, we are able to care for both older and younger people in our purpose-built dedicated units. We are a home that listens to the views of our residents and we strive to ensure quality and satisfaction in all that we do. We pride ourselves with our enviable reputation for all of the services we provide.

Set in an elevated location Kernow House Care Centre exudes a calm and welcoming atmosphere. All of our residents have their own bedroom which they are encouraged to make their own. All rooms come equipped with electric profiling beds and furnishings.

We encourage our residents to partake in the daily activities programme at Kernow House Care Centre. Activities are tailored to the interests of our residents as well as trying to offer them something new. If you’ve been a keen cook or gardener all your life we see no reason for this to change and our care staff will be on hand to support you.

Before becoming a resident at Kernow House Care Centre our Management Team will have met the prospective resident and conducted a Care Needs Assessment. This initial assessment allows the Care Home Manager to put a full Care Plan in place and order any special equipment ahead of the resident moving into the home.
