At Care Assist Western Parade we are committed to providing 24 hour support, person centred care and a vibrant community. At Western Parade we provide a step down service were we provide individuals with ongoing support as they transition from more restrictive setting back to their everyday lives. It helps to prevent a sudden return to independence, reducing the risk of relapse and promoting sustained recovery.

Our facilities offer self-contained flats and operate under the stringent regulation of the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Stringent inspections ensure the highest standards of safety, care and support are maintained We offer personalised spaces that contribute to a calming and supportive living environment.

We encourage all of the people we support to have an active role in the community giving a sense of belonging and purpose. Opportunities for skill building and meaningful engagement contribute to the overall mental wellness journey. We can also support with taking part in college courses and day trips.

At Care Assist we work in a person centred way and work on strength based approach. An individual has a say in their care. Meeting the targets they have set out for themselves. Families are an essential partner in the recovery process and we encourage regular communication, family involvement, and collaborative planning to create a string and supportive network.
