Maypole Nursing Centre cares for older residents, young people with physical disabilities and those with a terminal illness. Maypole also offers convalescent, palliative care, and care for people with Parkinson’s disease.
The purpose built home has been recently refurbished and now has a homely, welcoming feel. There are many lounges for residents to spend time in with family and friends and other residents. Every bedroom has en-suite facilities as well as a television and telephone point.
Good nutrition and hydration are an important part of staying well as we age. Maypole Care Home is able to support people with a range of dietary requirements, including specialist diets. Our Home Chefs do their best to tempt even the smallest of appetites and sweet treats are always provided to celebrate special occasions!
All the residents at Maypole Care Home have their own unique, personalised care plan. A care plan takes into account not only care needs but the resident’s wishes. The care plan is continually monitored and updated to account for any changes to care needs or personal wishes.
