Snowdrop Place Care Home

Snowdrop Place in Southampton supports elderly residents with a range of healthcare needs. Round the clock care is provided by our team of dedicated Care Assistants, overseen by our experienced Management Team.

Good nutrition and hydration are important part of staying well as we age. Snowdrop Place is able to support people with a range of dietary requirements, including specialist diets. Our Home Chefs do their best to tempt even the smallest of appetites and sweet treats are always provided to celebrate special occasions!

We encourage our residents to partake in the daily activities programme at Snowdrop Place. Activities are tailored to the interests of our residents as well as trying to offer them something new. If you’ve been a keen cook or gardener all your life we see no reason for this to change and our care staff will be on hand to support you.

All the residents at Snowdrop Place have their own unique, personalised care plan. A care plan takes into account not only care needs but the resident’s wishes. The care plan is continually monitored and updated to account for any changes to care needs or personal wishes.
