Situated in the idyllic village of Fair Oak, it offers residents person-centred residential care and dementia care within a luxurious, safe and homely environment that is tailored to individual needs.

It also offers short-stay respite care to look after a loved one whilst family members and carers use the opportunity to take a well-earned break.

Sunnybank House boasts 60 spacious fully furnished en-suite bedrooms, five stylish lounges, a vibrant café and a dining room for residents to enjoy with friends and family. Outside, the unique topography of Sunnybank House means a number of rooms on the Rose ground floor open directly onto the patio, whilst a select few on the Nemesia first floor overlook the gardens. Close by is the Knowle Park nature reserve and deer and other wildlife are often spotted in our gardens.

At Sunnybank House residents partake in a wide range of daily activities that are centred around personal interest as well as joining other residents to learn new crafts and enjoy new hobbies. The Activities team ensure each day is full of fun with trips to places of interest in the local village of Fair Oak such as the popular bars, cafes and garden centres. With day trips to the surrounding picturesque villages of Bishops Waltham and Botley, nearby shopping centres as well as pre-planned trips to the coast there’s plenty to enjoy at Sunnybank House.
